Shipping Policy
Every order is packed with care and shipped from the United States. Here's everything you need to know about getting your gear.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Live USPS rates, calculated at checkout — you pay real shipping cost, never an inflated flat fee.
- FREE shipping on all orders over $99
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location and carrier (USPS / UPS).
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays during peak seasons or severe weather can occasionally add a day or two.
Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't seen movement after a few business days, check the link again before reaching out — carriers sometimes scan packages late.
Shipping Protection
Every order includes Shipping Protection for a small fee, added automatically at checkout. It's optional — you can remove it anytime with the toggle in your cart — but we strongly recommend keeping it on. It's the difference between a lost package being your problem and being ours.
What's covered
- Lost in transit — packages that stop scanning and never arrive.
- Stolen — packages marked delivered but taken from your doorstep (porch piracy).
- Damaged — items that arrive damaged or defective from shipping.
How to file a claim
- Email support@landandlight.shop with your order number.
- For damaged items, include a couple of photos of the product and packaging.
- We'll verify and send a free replacement (or a full refund if it's out of stock) — no runaround.
Claim timeframes: report a lost package once tracking has shown no movement for 7+ days, a stolen package within 15 days of the delivery date, and damage within 30 days of delivery.
What's not covered
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout (please double-check it!).
- Packages confirmed delivered to the correct address with no theft reported.
- Orders shipped without Shipping Protection (toggled off at checkout).
If you opted out of Shipping Protection, lost, stolen, or damaged packages are unfortunately not eligible for a free replacement — so we recommend leaving it on.
